Official College Platform
Leading the architectural redesign and backend redevelopment of the official college website and administrative dashboard systems as the Freelance Full Stack & Digital Infrastructure Lead. Engineered robust server-side authentication flows, data management layers, and custom REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and Firebase. Built a unified college management super-app (Sreyas OneHub) using Flutter and Firebase Functions, optimizing database queries and synchronization workflows to ensure zero-lag performance during peak active hours.
BYF App Platform
Serving as Founding Software Engineer & Platform Architect to lead the architecture and development of the BYF App, a high-throughput ministry management platform for real-time worship planning and team scheduling. Built a hybrid cloud infrastructure combining Next.js, Firebase, Appwrite, and Modal serverless compute to process intensive audio and ML workloads. Integrated Gemini AI and Genkit to automate operational workflows, and implemented role-based access control with secure multi-user data isolation.
